Our Mission

Our mission is to produce quality commercial products from waste materials in order to promote paint recycling and reuse through commerical sales and free enterprises. We aim to create excellent products from waste materials destined for landfills or incineration. We are driven by our core values of social responsibility and appreciation for quality products. Our current specialty is distributing recycled content paint but are constantly searching for new business opportunities that align with our mission.

Origins of Third Eye Products

Third Eye Products, LLC was formed to serve as the distribution company for recycled content paint products developed from latex paint recycled by MXI Environmental Services, LLC.  Third Eye's current primary focus is developing foreign and domestic markets all the recycled content paint generated by MXI and establish brands known for quality and value.

Our business with MXI is not exclusive as Third Eye Products looks for every opportunity to promote it's mission of recycling waste products and reusing through commercial products sales.

Meet the Company Officers

Brian Potter

President & CEO

Brian Potter is the Chief Operations Office for MXI and is part of the third generation to lead MXI.  Brian graduated from West Point in 1999 with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and serve in the Army as an Airborne Ranger until 2005.  That same year he joined MXI upon receiving an honorable discharge.  Brian's interests are health, fitness, and spending quality time with his wife and five children.

David Boersma

Vice President of Sales

David built and ran Legacy Paints, which was a company dedicated to latex paint recycling.  During that time David developed an expertise in manufacturing recycled paint and developing products for market.  David is also the President and CEO of Avera Products, a product and supply distribution company.  He resides in Charleston, SC.

Craig Potter

Executive Secretary

Craig Potter is a Regional Vice President for MXI and oversees all paint collections.  Craig has managed MXI's Materials Recovery Facility and the Northeast Operations Terminal in Langhorne, PA.  He is part of the third generation to work for the family company and holds a Bachelors of Science degree from James Madison University.  Craig enjoys martial arts and going to the beach with his wife and son.

Dempsey Shell

Lead Brewer

Dempsey Shell oversees the quality control laboratory, developing new products, and ensuring quality standards.  He has worked as a lab chemist and marine biologist for over 10 years before spending he went to work in real estate sales.  After 20 years of managing his own brokerage he began working for MXI as a Lab Chemist.  When MXI began paint recycling Dempsey jumped right into the lead role and hasn't looked back.  He enjoys home brewing and coaching wrestling.
